Processing time

Orders ship within 24 hours from our US warehouse, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend ship Monday morning.

Transit time

Standard shipping is 5-7 business days via USPS, FedEx, or UPS — whichever serves your address fastest. Tracking number emailed as soon as the label is created.

Digital guides

Your PDF guides are emailed instantly after purchase, regardless of when the physical ring ships. Start the breath protocol before the box arrives if you'd like.

International shipping

Currently shipping to US addresses only. International expansion coming in 2026 — contact us if you want to be on the early-access list.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7+ days or you suspect the package is lost, email hello@theloulastudio.com and we'll resolve it the same day.
