What we collect

• Order information: name, shipping address, billing address, payment details (handled by Shopify Payments — we never see your full card number), email, phone (optional).
• Email signups: email address only, used to send you our welcome series and occasional product updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
• Browsing data: cookies and analytics (Shopify default + Meta/TikTok pixels for ads we run). You can opt out via your browser cookie settings.

How we use it

• To process and ship your order.
• To email you order updates and shipping tracking.
• To send you the digital PDF guides you purchased.
• To send marketing emails — only if you opted in. Unsubscribe link in every email.
• To run ads on Meta and TikTok (we share hashed customer emails for retargeting and lookalike audiences).

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to third parties.
• We don't share medical or postpartum-specific information with anyone — what you tell us in support emails stays between us.
